May 19 launch is a Go!

The next TIR launch, scheduled for Saturday, May 19, is a Go for launch. The range set-up will begin at 9:30a.m. with the launch commencing at 10a.m. The usual 40,000' AGL FAA waiver will be activated. There will be model rocket and high-power rocket pads set-up. As always, kids can fly model rockets for free. We ask for a $10 fee for adult non-members to fly. Port-a-potties will be on-site. Remember to bring water and a lunch.

Next TIR Launch

The next TIR launch is scheduled for Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Swan Falls launch site.

Equipment set-up at 9a.m. with the 40,000' AGL waiver activated from 10am until 6pm or until there are no more rockets flying. Port-a-potties will be on site. Spectators are welcome to attend. Members fly free, others may pay a $10 launch fee (under 18 always fly for free).

Next TIR Meeting

The next meeting of the Tripoli Idaho rocketry club will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 6:30 p.m. at the Idaho Pizza Company, 7100 Fairview Ave. near Cole Rd. Everyone is welcome! Join us to talk about rocketry and upcoming club activities.
